Creole Magic by Winnies Brand. Locally artisan-made in Northern Michigan. Creole magic is a premium finishing sauce that you can use as a base to create your own dishes. Create your own fantastic dishes by adding saute’d vegetables or sausage, shrimp, chicken, or any other meat.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Chablis Wine, Brown Sugar, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Seasoned Salt, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Dried Herbs.

I used Creole Magic as my base for mussels! It was to die for. I fed 14 adults, and everyone tried the mussels because it was “so good”. Even non seafood lovers said the sauce was fabulous! Obviously I added my own additions but this was a great base to start with! Thank you for the Magic! 🙂
